Don’t think I haven’t tried to stop before and haven’t done anything against smoking in the past but so far it just hasn’t worked for me. Neither the inhalator (pseudo-cigarette), nor the chewing gums and for sure not this brainwash book (I forgot the name) have helped me.
So this time I’ll try to stop by pure will, nicotine plasters and this blog to keep me focused.
I hardly remember any cigarette I smoked except for the one in the morning (because my nicotine level got down), after dinner, after sex, after sport (probably because the body is excited and “needs” to be calmed down again).
Here are a couple of great pictures to see what we’re doing to our lungs. Personally I find them shocking.
Even though my teeth don’t look like this yet, when I continue smoking, they will. Yummy!
