F*ck I Quit Smoking!

No, I’m not already that desperate but I just quit after having smoked 2 1/2 packets, only for today! Usually I have been smoking 1 1/2 packets / day, better but not really good either. Can you imagine? Do you have the faintest idea how much damage this causes to your body? Obviously you have, and for sure I should know since my mother’s a doctor and has been telling me for years I should stop smoking.

Well, once again I’m trying to stop, this time for real. Yeah yeah you say? Yeah yeah I say too. But let’s see how it goes.
I bought some nicotine plasters and sticked one on. It’s got 21mg which is kind of the amount I have been inhaling per day together with over 80 other death-causing ingredients the past 10 years.

And I’m starting this blog to keep track of how it’s going, post pictures, entertain myself and maybe you fellow smokers.

For the record: I stopped smoking on January 18th, 10:30pm
