Jogging to fight the smoking devil
I just went jogging, well I tried to run for more than 5 minutes and I managed, but let me tell you: I was better at running a couple of years ago. My lungs hurt, my heart started to beat like crazy and I could hardly breathe in enough oxygen. What’s “funny” is that I saw three people with their cigarettes while running passed them. They didn’t seem very relaxed nor enjoying their smoke (as smokers usually say). They just had to satisfy their smoking devil. Nevertheless the smoke in the fresh air smelled good. But then I had to think about their lungs. Argh!

Tomorrow I’ll go outside again for a 10-minutes-run. Let’s see if it goes easier by then.
About the addiction: I guess the nicotine plasters are doing a good job, although I had some pretty wild dreams I am not nervous nor getting angry at the moment. Everything’s fine. I just need to keep my smoking devil down.
How are you doing? Have you ever tried to stop smoking? What are your experiences?
