I just quit after having smoked 2 1/2 packets, only for today! Usually I have been smoking 1 1/2 packets / day, better but not really good either. Can you imagine how much damage this causes to your body? Obviously you can, and for sure I should know since my mother’s a doctor and has been telling me for years I should stop smoking.
Well, once again I’m trying to stop, this time for real. Yeah yeah you say? Yeah yeah I say too. But let’s see how it goes.
I’m starting this blog to keep track of how it’s going, post pictures, help keep me focused, entertain myself and maybe you fellow smokers.
